So you are saying that cops training for a Colmbine like event removes liberty from the classroom?

People bled to death at Colmbine because police procedure and training said not to enter and find the gun men. Now they familiarize themselves with schools to better do their jobs if the need arises.

But maybe I'm misinterpreting your headline.

No, it's because the guy on the left appears to be pointing his gun directly at the head of the picture of the Statue of Liberty.
