Former Asbury Park Police Director Louis Jordan has his gun back, law officials said today.Someone found it and called the authorities. No consequences, apparently.
Jordan, a resident of Tinton Falls, had reported his gun missing on March 23. He said he last knew he had it on the night of March 17, but first realized it was missing on March 20.
Someone let me know what would happen to an average shmuck in New Jersey if he misplaced a gun like this.
Oh, and he has a permit. How easy is it to get a permit in NJ? Not very, I think.
