Vintage Gun Ad: late 1960s High Standard Revolvers

 To me, this ad just reeks of 1970. The tiny print in the bottom corner probably says 1960-something like 1968 or '69. And it does say "September," I'm pretty sure. Heh, Woodstock-era. Not very good quality on this one, but it's just another I snagged from the web somewhere. I'll start posting some of my own after I get more scanned.

The giant grizzly story that was circulating in emails more than a year ago--and was not entirely fake but almost entirely inaccurate--has suddenly been discovered by authorized journalist D.A. Ray and written up in an Oklahoma newspaper.
