I once had Red Orbit's "images of the day" in my Bloglines subscriptions, but then they did some revamping of their site and the old feed went dead. It took a while for me to find the new one, but today I got around to checking their
list of feeds and they finally had the new feeds back on the list.
My favorite is their "images of the day:
universe" feed. They also have specific feeds for the Earth and Mars.

The
Serpens star-forming region:
Of course, the original images are
huge jpgs and therefore are not dial-up friendly. Still worth it, though, if you pick and choose.
