It's long...took me a couple of hours to read it all...but extremely well researched, annotated, footnoted and documented.
What struck me while reading it is that it is nothing more than a re-iteration of basic common sense: Every creature has the basic, natural, instinctive right to defend itself from harm. How complicated is that? The sad thing is the resources that had to go into producing a scholarly paper to "prove" things that any thinking human being just instinctively knows It was also another case study in the mental gymnastics, dishonesty and lack of integrity necessary for the anti-gunners to make their "points". |
